We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. As our products are skincare items, they must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@loelle.se. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. For any questions about returns, you can always contact us at the same email address.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return is received and approved. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and post it to your account.

Because skincare products require time to show visible results, we kindly ask that any concerns or complaints regarding the product’s effectiveness be made only after 90 days of consistent use. This ensures that you’ve allowed enough time for the active ingredients to work with your skin’s natural cycle.

For damaged or defective products, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@loelle.se. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

For exchanges, please contact our customer service at contact@loelle.se to arrange the exchange. The product must meet the same return criteria: unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
